1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Caddie Cartel website at caddiecartel.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Caddie Cartel reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. About Caddie Cartel

Caddie Cartel is a limited-run golf hat brand based in Tennessee. We operate a preorder drop model — hats are produced in finite quantities and are never reprinted in the same colorway once a run is closed. By purchasing from Caddie Cartel, you acknowledge and accept this model.

3. Preorder Policy

By placing a preorder, you agree to the following:

• Payment is collected at the time of order. Your card is charged when you place your preorder, not when the hat ships.
• Production begins after the window closes. Preorder windows typically run for 30 days. Once the window closes and the drop is confirmed, production begins.
• Preorders cannot be cancelled once the drop is confirmed. Your order is part of a production run that has been funded. We cannot cancel or refund confirmed preorders.
• Full refund if the drop doesn’t hit minimum. If a design does not reach the minimum order quantity, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• Ship estimates are approximate. Production typically takes 10–12 weeks from the close date. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

4. In Stock Orders

In Stock items ship within 3 business days of your order. Availability is not guaranteed — items may sell out without notice. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Caddie Cartel reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price at the time your order is placed is the price you pay. Preorder pricing is locked in at the time of your preorder and will not increase if In Stock pricing changes.

6. Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $75 to the continental United States.
• Flat $6 shipping on orders under $75 within the continental US.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Caddie Cartel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Unworn, unaltered items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Preorder items that have been confirmed and are in production are not eligible for return or cancellation.
• If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at shopcaddiecartel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including artwork, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, and copy — is the property of Caddie Cartel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission from Caddie Cartel.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Caddie Cartel does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caddie Cartel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
